One credit = one token processed (in or out). Claude Haiku uses 1 credit/1K tokens, Sonnet uses 5, and GPT-4o uses 5. Your dashboard shows real-time consumption.
Can I use my own OpenAI or Anthropic API key? ↓
Yes — on Pro and Enterprise plans, BYOK is fully supported. Your key is AES-256 encrypted at rest and never shared with third parties.
What happens when I run out of credits? ↓
Your widget gracefully shows a fallback message. You can top up credits at any time from the billing dashboard without upgrading your plan.
Can I change my plan at any time? ↓
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle, so you keep your current credits until then.
