Credits are charged per 1,000 tokens processed (your visitor's message plus the reply). Smaller models cost 1 credit per 1K tokens and larger ones 5 or more, so you can trade quality for cost per agent. Your dashboard shows consumption as it happens.
Can I use my own OpenAI or Anthropic API key? ↓
Yes, on the Pro and Enterprise plans. Your key is AES-256 encrypted at rest and never shared with third parties.
What happens when I run out of credits? ↓
Your widget shows a fallback message instead of an answer. You can top up credits at any time from the billing dashboard without changing plan.
